PTW Benelux to Assume Distribution Rights for Denmark and Sweden

Freiburg (GER)/Capelle aan den IJssel (NL), September 23, 2024 - PTW Freiburg GmbH (PTW), a global leader in dosimetry technologies, is enhancing its presence in the Scandinavian radiotherapy market. Customers in Denmark and Sweden will now be served directly by its branch office PTW Benelux, benefiting from direct lines of communication and excellent customer support and service.

With this move, PTW aims to further strengthen its presence in Europe and deliver exceptional value to customers and the local radiotherapy communities.

With the addition of Denmark and Sweden to its sales territories, PTW Benelux is now the sole distributor of PTW products throughout Scandinavia. A dedicated team of 15 skilled professionals, led by Iaroslav Smychliaev, head of PTW Benelux, will drive sales, service, and the development of new solutions, ensuring comprehensive customer training, support, and seamless installations for PTW technologies. Sales and service operations are managed by Nadine Mertens, an experienced sales manager with extensive knowledge in medical physics. Andreas Johansson, operating from Sweden, will be responsible for sales and service in the Nordic countries.

PTW also extends its gratitude to its previous Danish distributor, HOY Scandinavian ApS in Hadsund, for many years of outstanding commitment and support, and wishes them all the best in their future endeavors.
